del més enllà
2024

With the support of ACVic and CCGuinardó
del més enllà (from beyond) comes from wondering what space-time is like after death. By interviewing people from different generations about what they imagine the afterlife to be like, a multi-voice sound piece is produced which, through sound and body movement, tries to fictionalise what life after death is like.

teresa w ・*:。.。:*・゜゚・* presents, amid stars and weightless wiring, the trace of a sound investigation with which one can rethink how space-time is articulated after death. What limits does a bodiless body have? What space does that which overflows space occupy? What overlapping times do we find beyond time? What does that which is no longer there sound like? Relating voices from different generations, the piece constructs a score of gestures or a choreography of sounds that invites us to imagine a speculative and polyphonic beyond. With sound as our guide, we cross the veil that separates the dead and the living, the visible and the invisible, to journey through nothingness in a collective ritual.
